I am looking for a totally new cover, although you may use elements from the old cover if your creativity so dictates.
It's up to you. No limits on my part.
I don't really have much idea about what I want !
But I guess it should convey hope, and be catchy (goes without saying...).

I am wondering if the number of pages will be the same as per US version? For complete cover design I need to know the thickness of the spine.
Also I need information for the back of the book including the bar code.

Many thanks for your interest.
Of course, no foreign version has exactly the same word count as the original version.
So the spine will also differ. But you don't know the thickness of the original anyway !

As always, the selected artwork will have to be adjusted once the printer has communicated the thickness of the book, which he can only do after he's received all other specs -number of pages, quality of paper, type of binding, etc.

You don't have to worry about that at this stage, we're only into a selection process.

To all designers : if you are intending to place the ! mark at the end of the title (I let you decide), pls remember that in French, it must be preceded by a space, unlike in English.

Thank you for your reply. The thickness of the original book is indicated as .5" on the Amazon, but of course it could be approximate:)

Please designers, do not put "By" Bob Owen on the cover or edge.
You won't find this on any book...
On Amazon, yes, not on the book itself !
The name of the author is enough.

And make sure you spell it right: BOB OWEN
And now that you know his name, do not put "The author", or something like that.
Come on, these things are easy and can make a difference...
