Logo Design Brief

we are looking to transition to a new logo. the current logo is just the company name, times new roman font, italics with a drop shadow.

the main requirement is that we start with a logo to put beside the name as it stands, then to move to the final design which is the logo next to the new design of the name.

the logo should be able to stand on its own and should be a square aspect ration for placing the logo in icons and boxes like the twitter profile pic. Current Logo is at www.laserage.on.ca
