Logo Design Brief
Hi there!
We need a logo re-design for a company based in Destin, Florida called "BeachView Vacation Rentals". Note: "BeachView" is one word.
Services Provided By Company - We are a provider of Luxury Vacation Accommodations along Florida's "Emerald Coast" we focus primarily on Destin, Florida & the surrounding areas off of Scenic 30-A (www.discover30a.com). Primarily luxury homes and premier beach front condos.
Branding Goals - To Represent the Following Aspects as a First Impression for someone Seeing Our Branded Logo:
- The Feeling of Luxury Level Services
- The association that the Services are related to “The Beach”
- Travel and/or Travel Services are related to this Brand
- Use of colors to best represent the Services related to the Brand
- Must be a clean and clear enough approach to understand the Logo and it’s Message.
- A Branding Logo that if viewed from afar or up close, would be easy to read, understand, and its impact be accomplished.
(These benefits above need to be accomplished, if the Logo is Viewed on a Highway Billboard, Business Card, Promotional Flyer, Brochure, and/or on a Website.)

Thank you to all of you for your efforts. Many of your designs were creative and well designed, but not 100% what we are looking for. We would now like to see some submissions for a more streamlined, cleaned up version of our current logo visible at www.beachviewvacationrentals.com. We are looking for a simple, clean, timeless version of this logo.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We are extending our deadline because we have not found exactly what we are looking for and would love to see some more designs. The logos we have preferred so far have had a circle icon with something "beach" related inside & clean, professional fonts & colors. Even though the beach is casual, we would like our logo to look upscale and professional as the majority of our clientele are higher income earners. Think simple & sleek. As we grow we would like to be able to use only the icon for brand recognition (think Nike, Shell Gas, Starbucks, etc). Thank you for your hard work! We look forward to selecting on of your designs.
