Logo Design Brief

I have had the attached logo for 20 years. The original idea was for the arrows looking in to find those 'inner choices'. My company is called innerchoices and for further details look at my website www.innerchoices.com.au. I work in leadership development as an executive coach, culture and change consultant and facilitator. I am just about to launch my first book about lifes choices and need to revamp the logo. My colour is earthy orange and I work from a place of authenticity and openness, often be referred to known as a doctor of the heart. My client base is large corporates to every day people wanting to be the best they can be. The logo needs to incorporate high energy with authenticity.
