Menu Design Brief

I am a restaurant owner. Own 3 restaurants in Qatar and Dubai. I am working on a big restaurant (850 Sq m). Plan to open on 24th February. It's Sri Lankan Restaurant in Qatar.
I feel like keeping Separate menus for 1. Lunch and Dinner 2. Bevarages 3. Breakfast 4. Special deals and items.
Colours: Can be found in the pictures added. The Logo and sign board has been attached.

• Picture based Menu.
• Beverage Menu : 20cmX18cm, 6 pages, single sheet folded single sheet into 3
• Food Menu: 15cmX30cm or 20cmX36cm, 8 pages, each page will consist 2 pictures, Tiltle of each picture is the Item name and Price., each picture will contain other menu options titled "Choose in Between" { Ex: Beef 10, Mutton 12, Chicken 11, Extra cheese 3}

Nice to have

• 1. Indicate "All Prices are in Qatari Riyal" In the cover Page
• 2. An Icon for Chilly/Hot items
• 3. Restaurant Logo in the Cover and Named "Lakbima Grand"
• 4. Creative Graphics and designs
• 5. A short story of the background and history (for some selected items, specially in the desert, beverage etc)
