Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new restaurant. Red Salt is a new restaurant that offers new and different food for our remote region. We are located in remote Weipa, Far North Queensland. We hope to bring a new experience in dining to our customers while still catering for our existing traditional customer base.

The name 'Red Salt' has a number of meanings to us.
The word 'Red' in our name refers to the colour of the dirt/earth in our region (red ochre), while 'Salt' suggests that our food will feel like 'salt of the earth'. Simple. Soulful. Different. Good. Modern Australia.
