• SmartPay must be all together (no spaces) with a capital S and capital P. Merchant services must be smaller or in some way less significant than SmartPay, as we would like people to refer to our company as SmartPay for short.

Nice to have

• Something simple and attractive that we could print on one of our pin pads or t-shirt if we wanted.

Should not have

• Stay away from the color green. Nothing too intricate or outrageous.
