Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Western Australia called "Designs 4 Sale". We develop house designs and plans to sell to builders around Australia as packages. We would like to see designs that are fairly neutral but with a splash of colour and also something that is a little bit modern but we don't mind the traditional hipster look either.
