Logo Design Brief

I'm after a logo design for a small building business nothing too out there just simple and affective.

I have a small building business with six employes and specifys in the
housings industry, I would roughly build between eight and ten houses a
year. My client base is people who want there house built by a smaller
builder who works with them one on one all through the build, my previous
company was called s and j building wich still has a web page and Facebook
account which may help you with your design
