Logo Design Brief

Name: OurTeam
Tagline ideas: A team approach to selling property.
Colours: The Independent Logo colours are Pantone 2945 & Pantone 1375). We would also consider in introducing a third component/colour, but open to any ideas?
Further information to guide:

This logo will be used to describe OurTeam, the name we use for our business unit which include the team members of Mark Larmer, Aaron Hess, Jess Usback and Tania Kemp. We are different to other real estate agents because we take a team approach when selling property, with 4 team members working in specific roles and looking after particular aspects of each sale. The structure of OurTeam means we have the capacity to look after each client more effectively, we are never 'too busy' despite the high numbers of buyers and sellers we are in daily contact with.
