Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a premium alcoholic beverage (mezcal) based in Mexico City and Las Vegas called Boca-Negra. We want a peacock to be our logo, the way Tequila Patron has a bee as theirs. The bottle will be dark green and we want the logo to be gold and it should communicate luxury, class and simplicity or minimalism preferentially.
