Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a project management consultancy business. Our services are based around the entire project management process from inception to completion and include the management and coordination of all design and construction services. We are responsible for acting on behalf of clients to manage their projects for them and work with them to achieve their goals and our work is across all commercial and residential construction projects. The colour blue should be included in the design but not too dark or light. The final design should communicate a service from inception to completion or a "perception" of where a project will start and finish. We don't just want the wording "project perceptions" we want some type of symbol/logo as well.
One definition of perception is:
"Perception is the organization, identification, and interpretation of sensory information in order to represent and understand the environment. Perception is shaped by learning, memory, expectation, and attention"

All clients that have a construction or fit out project in the commercial industry that requires a project manager to consult and act on behalf of them to deliver the project from initial designs to construction completion.
