Web Design Brief

I've written a book about "teaching online" and I need a simple website to promote and sell the book, audiobook and my consulting services.

The purpose of the site is to:

- Promote the Book and Audiobook
- Sell the Book and Audiobook (digital download)
- Market and sell my consulting that I offer to prospective online teachers as well.

I envision no more than 10 total pages on the site.

1 page as an overview of the book and a link to purchase.
1 page as an overview of the book and audiobook "package" and a link to purchase.
1 page to outline the consulting that I offer with a link to purchase.
1 page for an author bio
1 page for a "contact us" form

I will also need someone to design a simple "cover" for the book and audiobook as well, nothing fancy just basic cover art/graphic.
