I can do a Pure HTML/CSS recode with responsive mobile friendly layout.
However i cant recreate the mail sending module under "Contact" because it requires PHP coding and i'm not into that.
So if thats fine with you i can do this.

The budget is quite low for the whole conversion because it will include not just conversion but layout formation as well along with mobile-friendly structure. The current current layout looks outdated. If you are interested, let me know, I'd love to participate in this contest.
