Hi Frank, the design looks great. Can I see a more serious font for the title / tagline? Here is some inspiration:

…can we have the title at the bottom and the tagline at the top?

-also, can I see some tactical gear / weapons on the cop? Finally, I like the shape of the marijuana leaf, but instead of light rays, can I see that outer area as a shadow / dark area? Can the edges of the leaf be less defined and a little more subtle?
