Logo Design Brief

We are a looking for a design for a collaborative family law group which includes lawyer, social workers and financial professionals.
We want the logo to illustrate that we are innovative, creative problems resolvers for people who have recently separated, divorced or are contemplating marriage/co-habiation etc.

One of the colours that we like is teal blue. A colourful logo would be wonderful (we don't need it to be on letterhead at the moment)-it should be distinctive and express our desire to collaborative to find creativew solutions to family problems. We commit that we will not go to court! No scales of justice please!

Perhaps something circular?
