Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company based in Burlington Vermont called “OmStout Consulting” (http://omstout.com). We provide consulting to the home energy-efficiency world from government policy and utility companies to residential home improvement contractors.

The logo should include “OmStout” and may or may not include “consulting”. See website for current “logo” with stylized lettering. The “Om” should be italicized.

Note, we deliberately avoided company names containing, energy, efficiency, conservation, save, sustainable, power, green, homes that same to be included in every company name in the industry. Similarly, we’ve avoided the sky blue/green color schemes of most of the industry. Prefer a darker blue.

Original concepts included a modern stylized oat sheaf.

Without using the words, the logo should symbolize sustainable growth, prosperity, and knowledge.
