Business Card Design Brief

We need a business card for a new company based in Clearwater FL called Upside of Talent. UoT is your access to on-demand subject matter experts. The final design should be very clean communicating innovation and expertise. Our logo design is attached.

The Information Age has affected the workforce in that automation and computerization have resulted in higher productivity coupled with net job loss of many knowledgeable employees. Combined with the creation of the internet and search capabilities, the disintermediation of the value chain of Subject Matter Experts (SME) has happened. We no longer need to work through traditional consulting firms for all consulting needs, instead the direct access to the SME, through a leaner and lower cost model is what the market is demanding.
UoTalent is a new marketplace to buy consulting services. The business model is that all consultants (subject matter experts) can become a consulting resource in the marketplace following our guidelines. The consumer can now easily access consultants that they could not find easily before.
In much the way an Uber car can be identified and requested, so can a UoTalent Consultant. Each consultant can be identified by: location, expertise, billing rate, and prior experience rating.
By seamlessly connecting consultants to requesters through a new Upside of Talent marketplace, you now will have an easy to use and quicker turnaround to request and staff your consulting needs. Leveraging the UoT app, you can access the subject matter expert you need for your business requirement.
