The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project of you want the best designers to work on it

Dear Project manager, I take it you don't currently have the domain name registered or the hosting organised as yet for your website, and you have a preference for .lawyer rather than .com, these would be additional costs over and above the actual design/code of the website. As well the website will need to be uploaded thereafter, Search Engine Optimization work will be required, and uploading to Google, again another fee involved for all this work. If you require assistance with this type of work thereafter please message me privately, and we can discuss, I provide these service to all of my clients, and recommend only reputable US domain name/hosting providers. Primacy.
One remembers next best the last thing heard.
Recency.
One quickly forgets the middle.
PugetSound.Lawyer maximizes my message under both principals.
In my opinion, ending with .com wastes cognitive real estate.
Of course .com is what we all have seen to date, I guess it's sort of an abbreviation for "commerce", and thus little to recommend it beyond familiarity, again in just my personal opinion.
It was simple enough to acquire a domain using the new gTLD .lawyer kindly authorized by ICANN under IANA protocols, cut and paste Google's analytic's code into a template provided by 101 Domains, Hostgator or the like, and I found it an educational look into how that portion of the Internet functions.
The skill set I seek relates to taking my content and presenting it in a smooth, pleasing and professional appearance.
I invite Advernet Designs to invest it's time and creative energy into submitting a proposal.
