WHAT WE NEED:
- Need a logo/brand identity for MOR, a residential real estate company. We're real estate agents.

WHO WE ARE:
- We're based in the suburbs of northern Virginia, right outside of Washington, D.C.
- The MOR Mission: to create memorable experiences for buyers and sellers by keeping the MOR Promises.
- The MOR Vision: to build communities from our expanding network where clients can seek connection, support, and new opportunities.
- The MOR Pledge: we believe that communities are also built through charitable donations so we set a goal of $10,000 every year.

Impressive logo design could lead to more projects like designs for business cards, letterhead, newsletter, and website, etc.

Target Market(s)

Although we work with both buyers and sellers, our primary target is sellers. We specialize in staging, marketing, and negotiating to get their homes sold for top dollar. We can negotiate on our buyer's behalf just as well.

Requirements

Must have

• - MOR is the focal.
• - Must show that we are a real estate company.
• - Open to any color combination but the design must still be effective in black and white, especially for photocopies.
• - ORIGINAL - while designs with a house is reasonable, please make it more special, unique, and captivating.
• - We want the design to convey that we're cutting-edge, technology driven, and upscale but approachable.
• - We don't want to look like part-time agents or dated like agents from the 90s.

Nice to have

• - Show the full color version, the primary color version with black and white, and just the black and white version.

Should not have

• NO red, white, and blue color combination.
