Logo Design Brief

Residential Home Staging for home sellers. Need logo and color scheme not limited to a coastal theme.I stage homes for sellers, real estate investors and home builders. I service the gulf beaches and Tampa Bay Area on the West Coast of Florida. This is why I chose the name Coastal. But I do not want the perception that I only design with a coastal "seaside" theme or that I only design waterfront homes. My demographic is no younger than 35 years old, Caucasian, male and female, usually looking to sell their second or third home to either upgrade or downsize. My staging design style for most of my projects are clean simplicity sophisticated and modern. I like the blues and the blue Ellen uses with her logo and I like turgoise as well if applicable.

• Not sure about color scheme but I think blues and or turquoise white and gray tones as well are appropriate for my demographic area and name. This logo will be for my website, business cards, and brochures that I will give to sellers, investors, real estate agents, and home builders.
