Print Design Brief

I would like a skill chart checklist that gymnasts can print out, hang in their rooms and check off skills as they can do them. My website is gymnasticshq.com and I would like the checklist to have different colors including pink and purple to match with my website's theme. It needs to look like it was designed for girls between 5-15 years old.

There should be 4 categories on the checklist for the different gymnastics events: Floor, Beam, Bars and Vault. I've attached an excel spreadsheet with an example of some of the skills, but it needs to have enough space that I can add additional skills. There should be three columns after each skill - "Can Do" "Can Do Well" and "Mastered" for gymnasts to "check" or put a sticker in the right column.

In the Floor Section there should be headings- "Acros" "Leaps and Jumps" "Turns"
In the Beam section there should be headings- "Acros" "Mounts and Dismounts" "Holds and Turns" "Leaps and Jumps"
In the Bars section there should be headings- "Casts and Circling Elements" "Mounts and Dismounts"
The Vault section does not need headings

At the top it should say GymnasticsHQ's Levels 1-3 Progression Checklist or just Levels 1-3 Progression Checklist

It would be nice to be able to indicate that a skill is required in a certain level. Some of the skills are required in multiple levels. So the indication could be just for the first level in which it is required (as I have done on the Xcel spreadsheet) or a way to indicate all the levels in which it is required.

I've attached an Xcel spreadsheet that has a loose idea of what I want done--but obviously it should be a nice looking printable and maybe organized better. I will also upload my logo.
