Forrest Beach Estate
Brief for logo
• 66 acre property located on Geographe Bay in the south west of western Australia which is a significant tourist area with many tourist attractions. Has a large 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house.
• Used as a horse stud and training facility for horses at the moment.
• The significant house will be leased on a short term holiday stay basis.
• Short term stays may be marketed as Beachside accommodation , Farm stays, Equestrian activities .
• Property has a large quantity of Native Australian animals and birds . Kangaroos, possums, dolphins at beach. The property overlooks the largest black swan breeding lake in western Australia (probably the world as black swans are native to western Australia)
• We may also use property for cattle eventually.
• Looking for a universal logo that can be used for everything from Horse, Agricultural and Holiday Rental Income.
• Due to its multipurpose requirement I was thinking of something like a “ Forrest Beach Coat of Arms” with stylised Horse, Cattle , Swan , Kangaroo, Ocean, Forest as a few ideas.
• Logos need to be smart , elegant , formal not overly intricate as with our farming uses we often have stencils made to spray our name on equipment etc.

I have attached some files of photos from the property as well as some stylised logos that caught my eye but I am open to anything that a designer comes up with.

Target Market(s)

Primarily Holiday rental Market and Equestrian Pursuits . Middle Aged with or without children , potentially international visitors to West Australia.

Must have

• Stylised elegant logo that can be used for the property for a) rental accommodation advertising b) equestrian business c) farming business

Nice to have

• Something that ties together all the elements in the above brief which was why I had In my mind a coat of arms where there could be different elements to the same logo. But I am also open to any other ideas .

Should not have

• Overly complicated intricate logo .
