Brochure Design Brief

i require a very corporate detail job sheet for my business. it needs to have all that is listened on the one i have attached and it also needs to have the maintenance JSA and the test report. i have attached my logo and that also needs to be used in all. i require it to be on a A4 sheet layout it can be more then one page.

• it must have all that is on all sheets that i have uploaded. Apart from the electrical test sheet it has my old company name urban energy that needs to be removed. It also needs to be in a word doc so I am able to print the sheets off.
