Introduction to Asia Market :

Asia Market is one of the largest importer, retailer, wholesaler and distributor of asian food products in Ireland. We supply to the majority of asian restaurants, shops and take-aways in Ireland.
Restaurants, caterers and shops can take advantage of our delivery service where products are delivered throughout the Republic of Ireland using our dedicated fleet of vehicles.
For more than 30 years, Asia Market has always adhered to the "customer first" policy sending our purchasing team to their places of origin to conduct investigations and to hire professionals to conduct assessments, to ensure that the most delicious and best quality products are provided to our customers.
Our stores stock more than 3,000 different kinds of commodities, mainly from Asia, including South Korea, Japan, mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, to meet the different tastes of our customers.

Job Description:
We would like to create a new look for our webpage in order to support multilingual feature and online shopping. The webpage can be in any CMS format, preferably wordpress.

Our current website is:

We hope to incorporate fun and creative designs in our new website.

This design project is to develop the website design concept which will:
# Give the user confidence that Asia Market is a premier supermarket since 1981 and supplier to wholesalers and distributors. We provide a wide range of goods at good value.
# Inform the users of our online shopping service.
# Encourage the user to try our services.
# Looks fun, interesting, modern, respectable and trustworthy.

We are open to any fun or interesting ways of getting this message across to users.

  6. Easy to manage and add new products onto the shopping page at the backend of the website
  7. Facebook and twitter link always on the right same as http://www.creativespark.co.uk/
  7. At least one unique feature that you think we should have on our webpage

Nice to have

• 1. Blog
  2. Embedded video
  3. An area, perhaps in a corner to show whether we are open and online or not. When staff are available to deliver remote support the site should clearly show that staff are online working and available now to support. When we are offline the site should also show this. ( e.g. the chatbox in http://www.creativespark.co.uk/)
  4. A webpage adaptable to portables, mobile phones etc.
  5. Memorable slogans
