Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for our new horse property,the property is a racehorse training facility in NSW Australia.
The logo will be the first thing industry clients see as they drive in the front entrance.
It will also be used on letter heads and merchandise.
I would like the logo to have a image of a race horse or thoroughbred .I don't want their to be to many colors involved in the logo.
It needs to look smart.
I really like the image ive uploaded named towering inferno,this image is of strapper tommy woodcock leading champion horse Pharlap into the 1930 Melbourne cup in the iconic film PHARLAP,i would like to see how this looks as the logo,maybe sketched.
it isn't a great quality image the one ive attached
