I just wanted to say that there are several designs that we really like. 
Just a couple of categories that are a little unrepresented and might have some merit.

Someone suggested a logo loosely based off the Robot Chicken mad scientist.

Also (separately) we haven't seen much in the way of an emblem style logo.  We're curious what you creative geniuses could do with that.

You guys have come up with some great ideas.
It's really making it difficult for us to choose and unfortunately causes us to come up w/ other "Ohh! what ifs...?".

What if the shadow from door was more of a WW1 army medic?
What if the shape of the door and its panels were in the shape of the Army medic?
Or some kind of Lego army medic guy

The only two sliders we had maxed out were the Elegant and Serious ones.

How are you all with more of a calligraphy font?
The logo these guys use is interesting.

At the end of the long curly R maybe at the end of the word Doctor we'd like it crossed to read Rx like the pharmacy symbol.
Keep the lettering blue?

The primary places the logo will need to look great is on our trucks and an old Cadillac ambulance that we are restoring as a promotional vehicle / service truck.
