Logo Design Brief

Need an identity (primarily logo) for a global venture capital fund called Prime Venture Partners based out of Dubai.

We invest in new companies on the basis of 3 criteria / dimensions. The first dimension is industry: modernizing a traditional business. The second dimension is geography: the US, Africa, and the Middle East. The third dimension is stage (of the new company): start-up, early revenue, and growth.

The name Prime has been chosen for 3 reasons as well. The first is that like a prime number, which is not divisible except by 1 or itself, the partners of this fund make investment decisions unanimously, not only by majority. Second, the word prime means first, and this will be the partners' first company together, and finally, the world prime means leading, as we aspire to be the leading VC fund out of the Middle East.

The word Venture describes what we do: venture investing.

The word Partners re-emphasizes the brotherly partnership between the partners.
