Flyer Design Brief

Need a new brochure (small 8.5 x 11 tri-fold) for an event center in Dallas, Texas area. It is located on a golf course and is ideal for weddings, quinceaneras, retirement parties, etc. Is best known for weddings. There is no logo for the event center. I have attached the prior brochure, which is not professional. We do not have any site photos.
