Web Design Brief

Hello,

We are working with a client who would like their existing website updated.

The site is http://www.heidifrancis.com/

Currently the website is Joomla 1.0.x with Virtuemart running the small online shop.

We are extremely flexible with regards to the way forward - i.e. it can be Joomla 2.5 with Virtuemart, Wordpress plus a shopping cart, HTML 5 (no CMS) with a shopping cart or a full blown ecommerce solution using Prestashop, Magento etc.

The main constraint is a website that incorporates a working shop. At this moment the current website works, but is on extremely old versions of Joomla and Virtuemart.

So the brief is to either migrate the existing offering to a newer version of Joomla and Virtuemart OR use alternative products to achieve a very basic website with shopping cart functionality.

Predominantly people living on the Costa Blanca in Spain, but also some customers in the UK.
