Magazine Design Brief

We need a magazine designed and titled "Team Emery Listing Information Packet." We are a Real Estate team called Team Emery Real Estate and we are part of Century 21 Everest Realty Group. We would like to see a design that includes the golden color that you'll notice in the files as well as white and black.
The final design should communicate that Team Emery Real Estate is the BEST team of Real Estate Agents to represent a client in the sale of their home.

• We need the magazine to consist of 7 pages in total, the cover page and pages 1-6 preceding the cover page.
• We would like our sign (see included pictures) in the magazine, and would like to see the sign inserted into pictures of house(s) as part of the picture (picture an image of a house with a for sale sign in it; we would like to see our sign in that picture).

Nice to have

• We have included a variety of pictures that we would like to see utilized in our magazine; some of them are titled with their requested specific location, others are for you to use if they fit into your design.
