There is no need of reporting it, I have participated in many different logo contests with this icon, and people have started misusing it. Unfortunately, I can see you got plenty of time here at designcrowd, and while your portfolio is open it may be overused like this one in many different pages. There are thousands of pages, and how am I supposed to know that this one is taken and placed as a vector in another page ? I hope you understand me.
