Sticker Design Brief

My small company (positive-proof.com) offers Child ID products through public elementary schools. One of the products is called the Info-Tat. It's a self-adhesive sticker (same size as a standard Band-Aid) that goes on the child's arm. The parent can write their mobile number on it with a Sharpie pen, so that if the child is lost or separated from them (in places like theme parks, the beach, etc.) the number can be called to unite them with their child. I have utilized artwork for the last three years (see attached), and it's outdated. I need a clean, modern, kid-friendly look. Please help!
