Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a small upstart tea business, specializing in tea backpacks and specialized teas. My brand focus is to capture the fun that can be had with tea in outdoor spaces and to move away from the traditional practices of tea whilst still respecting them. I want a slightly cheeky logo, like a suggestive lady coming out of a teacup and whispering the words "the teazler". Am also open to any suggestions re: outdoor images with backpacks and scenic background etc. I am also looking for 2 designs - 1 round badge plus another elongated 10/15cm x 5cm with more emphasis on nature.
