Web Design Brief

I need the front page of my website to have a new, fresh look.

Our company is a highly specialized marketplace for shipping containers (yes, the 20' and 40' kind). Basically, think of eBay for shipping containers.

I have all of the links/content that I need plugged into a wireframe (attached), and the core color (blue #0073a2) of our existing site should stay the same as we've got stationary, business cards, marketing materials...
