I need an acronym logo designed for a new software that's being developed.

The acronym is:

NO HACKS

And the subtext is:

National One-stop Hub for Active Cybersecurity & Kinetic Solutions

I need both in this logo, with the "NO HACKS" prominently featured and the text underneath.

The design needs to be clear, sharp and professional. Preferably a silver and black color tone. Attached are two logo examples that provide an idea of what we're looking for.
