Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for one of our new developments (new residental multi-flat building).

We are a luxury property developer who's core business has been the renovation of central London apartments. We would like to bring our brand and style to these soon to be newly constructed apartments.

Our company name is "Manhattan" (attached is our logo) and the new developments name is "W5 Residence" so the development will be referred to as "Manhattan W5 Residence" - I am happy for anyone to play with all 3 words for the logo. I was thinking in my head "W" in large with a small "5" next to it and Manhattan or Residence words at the bottom or top of the logo.

I have uploaded logo's i liked so you know my taste.

PS. I am open to other ideas and concepts

• And text such as the Manhattan or Residence to be similar in style to our company logo text
• Most in one colour but have the gold or silver highlighting key design elements of the logo

Should not have

• kiddish in design or colourful.
