T-shirt Design Brief

We're the team behind fotocasa.es, an internet portal in spain. Our company and logo is quite serious and a bit formal, so we would like a t-shirt design for internal use that could show us off as informal and more colorful than our official brand manual allows us to be.

We have a team mascot, a dog named COSO, and we would like a version of him to be featured as a part of the design. Doesn't need to be the same pose as in the pictures, but should be recognized as him.
