Logo Design Brief

Logo design needed for a technology incubator called "98 Seconds". The logo should be modern, clean and utilize flat design (no gradients). Should be designed for a white background but gave the ability to be reversed out for a dark background when needed. Logo text could be all upper case, lowercase or proper case. Will be used for a website and business cards, but should be transportable to other mediums.
