Our software company looks after golf clubs throughout the country. Our service specialises in membership billing for the clubs and tries to convince members to change from paying their fees upfront to monthly payment by direct debit. Simple catch cries like "spread the cost of your membership across the whole year", "let us help you make your membership affordable", "Ask you club how to spread the cost of your subs" etc. We are dealing with cost conscious clubs - not the top end of the market - and their members are also cost conscious. No good being too 'high brow'. We are also dealing with older members who are fearful of change and afraid of technology - we need to be safe and reassuring yet a great way to save up front costs. We need probably 5 to 10 banners that can rotate through on our website and on our mobile product.
Target Market(s)
Golfers, typically older and afraid of technology and afraid of direct debit. Existing members of golf clubs who have paid upfront for years and don't understand why they should pay a few dollars extra each month to split their payments. Sometimes their annual fees are quite low ($300 - $400) so they cannot justify the additional $3.50 per month surcharge for splitting their fees.
