Menu Design Brief

We need a menu design which is visually attractive but also user friendly.
We want it to be A3 but fold in just like the Grill'd menu attached.
We also want colourful and fun like our branding is.
I have attached another menu example from & Pizza which is laid out very well but needs colour.
Also attached is Salas menu which we like the design of, just needs colour.
Attached is our imagery and logo.
And lastly is our menu attached.
We really need it in 24 hours if possible.
