Logo Design Brief

Logo design needed for a mother-daughter real estate team. We would like a easy-to-read and upscale logo. Prefer a flowing font for the words Younger & Younger and a very simple font for the words, "Real Estate Group". The logo can include a home icon or reference to the words, Welcome Home. The home icon and the reference to Welcome Home are not mandatory. A fun play on the name would be great since we are a team made up of the older younger (Sandy Younger) and the younger younger, (Ashley Younger).
