I would be looking for, ideally, a .PSD file along with graphic files.

The only coding needed would be a CSS stylesheet with proper fonts, colors, formatting etc.

There is no need for any custom PHP coding as I presume this theme will be based off of a Genesis child theme.

Personally, my company will manage all uploading of files, database installation, HTML content for pages, etc.

I am looking for a .PSD layout with all graphic files, along with a CSS styleheet to accompany this.

If you base the design on an existing Child Theme of Genesis at http://www.studiopress.org, the only coding needed would be to change colors and/or fonts in the CSS layout.

There would be no custom PHP coding needed. I will personally handle all uploading, database configuration, installation of plugins, etc.
