I have a question on the final size of the folder...
Your brief mentions that you would like this to fit on a 9x12.
With the back panel holding a 8.5 x 11 " size sheet and 2 side panels holding 3.5 " width brochures, flyers and business cards.
I believe the correct dimensions are 19.25 x 16 " glued pockets
or
17.75 x 16" no glued pockets...

Please advise me if I am wrong...

They dimensions are 18"x12 when the folder is completely open and laying flat.

Also, I want to make it very clear that I am looking for the front of the folder to look like doors. They flaps on the front that open in the middle need to be made to look like two closed doors.This is a must and anything else is at the discretion of the designer. Also, how the doors are made to look at their sophistication are open to the designer.

Could you provide dimensions of the collaterals that your company is currently using? (DL?, Lettersize?, or A4?) This is to ensure the designed pockets fit most of the printed collaterals that you currently have.

Am wondering if you have a eps/ vector version of the Senior Living, Care Group and also business card?
Also would you be open to having the brochure die cut? example... area where business card sits on the middle inside pocket would be a square hole on the cover to show through the business card.

I like your creativity, but there will be no square hole in the front. It will be a solid folder.
