Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in London that will provide strategy and leadership consulting, to help companies and social enterprises to think outside the box and get better impact. In addition, the company will also engage in the implementation of some selected projects. The name Pagu has a personal connection to the founder, and also represents Patricia Galvao (Pagu), a character in history: she played a key role in a defining artistic movement and was one of the first feminists in Brazil. The final design should communicate strength, reliability, excellence, execution -- and balance those 'hard' attributes with both creativity and empathy.
