Graphic Design Brief

My fiancé and I are getting married in September and we made homemade wine which will be given to the guests as a wedding favor. We need label/logo for our wine bottles. We were looking for something rustic yet modern and simple. We had an idea for beige and cranberry colored wine stained, weathered, imperfect heart. Things that will need to be incorporated into the label design are as follows:
