Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my residential real estate sales business based in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market. I am unique in stature as I am 6 ft 8 inches tall. I would like to incorporate something along the idea of "standing out from the crowd" in helping people sell their homes. I have considered the use of a picture of a crane (the bird) in my logo, but am not 100% committed to that concept. My companies colors are Red and White...and sometimes Black.
