I'm starting a blog named "Gluten Free Farina." It will be committed to making gluten free baked goods and pastries that are 'fabulous,' not just good for gluten free. The interesting piece is that my last name 'Farina' means 'flour' in Italian so it's sort of an oxymoron since wheat flour contains gluten. This is just a start. I plan on eventually selling cake, cookie, brownie, etc. mixes as well so it needs to adapt to packaging. What I bring to the table is that I'm a Certified Executive Pastry Chef with the American Culinary Federation and I have a Masters Degree in Food Science. My website is under construction (www.glutenfreefarina.com, however, competitor websites would be www.Sallysbakingaddiction.com or www.minimalistbaker.com or www.glutenfreegigi.com (although I don't like her logo at all, her focus is gluten free). Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information.

Must have
- I see the color selections below and I can't answer that one way. I love Black and mahogany or gold colors, but I also love teal and brown and I'm a fan of pink and brown together and I like black, grays and white as well. So, it would be good to see a variety. Same thing goes for fonts. I want it to be easy to read, but like something different from Serif and San Serif.
Nice to have
- In the Gluten Free Philly image, I like that the 'f' is shaped like wheat and that part of the letter f crosses through the sheath of wheat to represent gluten free. Is there any way to incorporate that I'm Chef and a Scientist in the logo?
