It is not necessary to use any of the content on the current site - you do not need to use either the pictures or the text.  Please feel free to use pictures of your choice (comps okay), and/or lorem text.

The top level navigation is the navigation I would like.

Sorry, I would like to clarify my previous message - I answered via mobile phone and I think the questions and answers got mixed up.

Unfortunately, I have had to pull my current site and replace it with a placeholder.  I am thinking that this should not be too much of a problem as there was little on the current site that would be useful.  The primary things I would want you to know are: the top level navigation should have five elements: What we do, Who we are, How we work, Join, and Contact us. 

Also, that elements of a Metro theme would be a plus.  Thank you, sorry for the mix up.  (I was answering the top question again).
