Logo Design Brief

Logo for a mobile pixel-art platformer game called "Super 80s World". It's an old school game like Super Mario Bros. It's set in the 1980s with the player battling 80s icons / characters (pac man, rubix cubes, mr t, etc.)

I'd like to see something in the logo that really communicates the concept: the 80s and the concept of a platformer game. Some examples include:
* using geometric shapes in the background
* iconifying an NES Game Cartridge (perhaps with a tie into a mobile phone or something?) or by having 80 done like the nintendo 64 3d font (3D LET BRK Font)
* using pixel-type fonts, script fonts, etc.
* using bright 80s color - pink, blue, etc.

Requirements

Must have

• Must feel tight - it's a long name, but it must feel compact and punchy
• 80s should stand out somehow (with color, etc.)
• Must immediately communicates that it's about the 1980s (colors, geometric shapes, script font - mistral / still time style...)
• must also communicate that it's a game (pixelated font , etc.)
• The colors should be fitting with the 80s - neon pink and blue, for instance. (Doesn't have to be these colors, but should fit with the bright color pallette of the 80s
• The '80s" should be prominent

Nice to have

• It might include something like an NES Cartridge to get the point across.
• Google image search "retro new wave"
• Google image search "80s geometric shapes" and "80s patterns"
• Google image search "nes cartridge art"

Should not have

• A globe / world
